Abstract

This program developed comprehensive temporal analytical solutions for avalanche photodiodes and coherent heterodyne detectors, developed corresponding computer modeling programs, and studied optimized designs for 1.06 micrometer and 0.53 micrometer avalanche photodiodes. (Author)
