Air Force Armament Laboratory Mission Critical Computer Resources Purchase Request Package Preparation Guide.
Abstract
This pamphlet is intended as an aid to Laboratory Program Managers for considering Critical Computer Resource (MCCR) requirements early in program as Statements-of-Work (SOW) are being written. This pamphlet provides instructions for scaling down the applicable MCCR standards, regulations, and policies to fit the limited life span of laboratory technology programs, while providing the necessary visibility into computer resource development activities for successful program control. The Guide includes paragraphs for SOW inclusion, instructions to the bidder, and MCCR based evaluation criteria. An expert system based automated version on the Z-248 is available upon request.
