Abstract

This publication summarizes the NWC programs and management activity for 1986 and includes summaries of progress in the areas of organization, finances, personnel, community, resource planning and management, energy and environmental resources, technology management and transfer, and facilities and equipment. This publication also includes a follow-up report on the August 1984 flood at China Lake, including flood-damage clean-up and repair, flood-prevention efforts, and costs.
