A Tetronic Polyol and Hemoglobin Complex: A Potential resuscitative Fluid (A91-028 SBIR 91.1.I).

Abstract

The goal of the Phase I program was to establish an acellular resuscitative fluid. This compound was to be synthesized from a Tetronic Polyol and a tetramerically stabilized hemoglobin. The final product was to be in a freeze-dried form which could be reconstituted upon need with water.
