Preparation of Drugs and Bulk Chemical Compounds for the U.S. Army Drug Development Program.
Abstract
The synthesis of sixteen compounds were investigated during the annual period. The preparation of thirteen of the target compounds were completed and the products were transmitted to WRAIR in nineteen submissions. The varied uses for the target compounds include: potential cyanide poisoning antidotes, organophosphate poisoning antidotes, antivesicants, and spin labeled and fluorescent probes. Synthesis, preparation, drug, antivesicant, cyanide poisonin antidote, organophosphate poisoning antidote.
