Ocular Protection from Laser Hazards. Phase 2.

Abstract

Studies will be directed toward developing a composite multilayer coating/absorbing polycarbonate curved substrate that can be utilized to provide multiline laser eye protection against low velocity objects. Both high and low pressure magnetron sputtering studies will be performed to enhance coating uniformity on curved polycarbonate surfaces. optical and physical property studies will be performed on final end item. Eye protection, Laser spectacles, Laser hazards, RA III, SBIR, Phase II.
