Preparation of Drugs and Bulk Chemical Compounds for the U.S. Army Drug Development Program.
Abstract
The purpose of this contract is to provide chemical compounds for the U.S. Army Medical R & D Command. In the 12 months, seven assignments were completed. Compounds submitted include three substituted 8-aminoquinolines, glutathione monoethyl ester, homothiotaurine, thiotaurine and thiotaurine sodium salt. 8-Aminoquinoline, Thiotaurine, Homothiotaurine, Glutathione, Synthesis.
