Coordinated Care Data Dictionaries - December 1992. Revision.
Abstract
There are five data dictionaries contained in this document. First is the Composite Inpatient Record Version 2 (CIR). Second is the Professional Services Index File (PIF). Third is the Composite Professional Services Record Version 1 (CPR). Fourth is the Catchment Area Provider File (Provider or PRV). Fifth is the Consolidated Budget Record Version 1 (CBR). Each data dictionary contains the information pertinent to the variable, name, length, type, description, code definitions for a single record. it also contains a brief description of variable component relationships and how they work together to accomplish total episode of care analysis.
