Abstract

Numerous investigations have been conducted in recent months to develop procedures for the installation of miscellaneous weapons and automotive equipment in transport aircraft. It has now become desirable to investigate methods for the installation of division and corps artillery, together with necessary tools, accessories sighting and fire control equipment , communication equipment ammunition , and expedient prime movers in O-47, B-17 and B-24 aircraft.
