Diphenylureas for Treatment of Prostate Cancer

Abstract

This progress report for the year 2000 describes the progress made on development of satisfactory mouse PC3 xenograft for testing the role of the phosphoric acid diphenylureas on PC3 tumor growth and angiogenesis. The changes in the protocol during the one year, no cost extension are described to complete the major tasks of this grant. Some additional publications, abstracts, and one patent application are also provided.
