Abstract

This supplement presents the general design of the remaining unit of the project and will serve as the basis for subsequent final plans and specifications. The current plan, detailed cost estimates, schedules for design and construction, project operation and maintenance factors, if amended from the previous OCE guidance, real estate requirements, and updated plans for geo-technical investigation are presented herein.
