Third Party Risk Assessment Tool (3PRAT)

Abstract

This report provides an overview of work sponsored by Office of Secretary of Defense to develop a consistent calculation method to determine the Target Level of Safety to uninvolved 3rd parties posed by the operation of a Unmanned Aerial System. A summary of the key calculations and assumptions is provided as well as reference to reports containing more detailed information on the key areas.
