The Synthesis of MCE, Cyano (Dimethylamino) Ethoxyphosphine Oxide

Abstract

The object of Project A 1.13 is to investigate agent MCE and its analogs. The object of the work described in this repor twas to develop a method of synthesis of MCE suitable for use in the pilot plant. The method is based upon that developed by the Germans.
