Approved Independent Evaluation Plan (IEP) for the QUICKLOOK II (QLII) Cockpit Display and Control System PIP.

Abstract

This issue will examine the in-flight operations of the cockpit display and control system, to include the display data from the AN/ALQ-133 (electronic order of battle (EOB), new emitter (NE), and uncorrelated line bearing (ULB) files), recording of intercepted data, and the ability of the operator to identify and report information received. It will also examine system activation/initiation, deactivation, continuity of operations and reestablishment of operations. The following evaluation parameters and requirements also apply to all the remaining scope paragraphs in this IEP: The primary source of data will be the OT II. The Quicklook II system will be operated and flown in accordance with the OMS/MP and test setting to be provided by the US Army Intelligence Center and School. Missions should be conducted in day/night conditions in all weather. Objective and subjective data should be collected to answer the issues.
