Method for Modifying Lattice Parameters.

Abstract

The patent application relates to a method for modifying the lattice parameters of a magnetic bubble memory system by bombarding with positive ions of a predetermined energy and fluence thereby modifying the lattice parameter mismatch to obtain the desired magnetic properties of the memory system.
