Air Mixing Ejector and Jet Pump System.

Abstract

The patent application describes an ejector jet arrangement for mixing air flow from two different compressor stages of a jet aircraft engine where the highest stage air is introduced into the central mixing section through a continuous jet opening surrounding the section to mix with and pump the bleed air from the other, or lower stage, and to be conducted to the wing for boundary layer control use.
