A High Power Microstrip Element.
Abstract
The patent application relates to broadband stripline devices which depend on the proximity of two lines lying edge to edge on a board, and are adapted to handle many times the power capabilities of previous equivalent devices. The gap between the lines is widened and coupling is accomplished by overlaying the lines with a thin dielectric etched with an overlapping metal strip.
