A Seawater Hydraulic Motor Distributing Valve Based on a Hydrosphere Bearing.

Abstract

The patent application relates to a commutating or distributing valve for timing and distributing high pressure seawater to a number of individual pistons in a multi-piston hydraulic motor using seawater under pressure as a motivating fluid. The patent application pertains generally to hydraulic tools and more particularly to a distributing valve which is capable of using seawater as a hydraulic fluid.
