Holographic Optical Elements for Aerodynamic Frontal Enclosures.
Abstract
One or more holographic radiation elements are placed in the vicinity of an aerodynamic frontal enclosure. They redirect to a radiation detector radiation transmitted by the frontal enclosure. The holographic radiation element reshapes radiation wavefronts transmitted by the missile or other aerodynamic frontal enclosures to nearly any well behaved wavefront shape desired. (Author)
