Quick Response Humidity Chamber.

Abstract

An apparatus and technique for changing the characteristics of a fluid medium in order to test static response of sensors within that medium. In particular, in testing the static response of a humidity sensor, a first sealed enclosure surrounds a humidity sensor and is retained within a second sealed enclosure. Both enclosures may be purged to have a predetermined relative humidity, one different from the other. The seal of the first chamber is then broken in such a manner that the fluid of the second enclosure subjects the sensor to a different relative humidity. (Author)
