Temperature Compensation Means.

Abstract

A pressure sensitive transducer having an external reference volume for improved temperature compensation is provided. The reference volume is deployed in the chamber where pressure is being monitored and operates to counteract external temperature changes in the area of the transducer which cause false indications of pressure drops inside the chamber.
