Method for Reducing the Electrical Charging of Orbiting Spacecraft.

Abstract

A method for suppressing the electrical charges induced on the surface of earth orbiting satellite by applying to the exterior portion of the satellite a layer of alumina, quartz or polytetra fluoroethylene as a charge supressing material. (Author)
