Regulating Means for D-C Battery System.
Abstract
A three phase full-wave bridge is used with a three phase alternator for coupling output voltage from the alternator in series with a high voltage battery, and thereby regulating battery output voltage to a load circuit. The alternator output supplements the battery voltage as battery voltage begins to droop.
