Method of Metallizing a Ceramic Substrate.
Abstract
This invention relates in genral to a method of metallizing a ceramic substrate and in particular to a method of metallizing a beryllia substrate in such a manner as to provide a metallized substrate ready for brazing to metal parts without the use of brazing shims.
