Switching Regulated Power Supply.

Abstract

A power converter system for providing a regulated high voltage, high power DC power supply. Means are provided for the breakdown of power requirements into modular, stackable sub assemblies. Unregulated AC is rectified and regulated in a pulse width regulator to provide a well regulated DC voltage that is converted to a high voltage, high power by means of DC/DC converters whose outputs are connected in series.
