Self-Shoring Adhesive System.

Abstract

A self-shoring adhesive system is provided for adhering rubber to steel in a marine environment. The adhesive composition is comprised of a DGEBA-type epoxy resin cured near stoichiometry with a polyamide resin and filled with a mixture of carbon black and a fumed colloidal silica. (Author)
