Method of Producing a Piezoelectric Material.

Abstract

A piezoelectric material is formed from conductively anisotropic crystals by exposing the crystals to an AC electrical field, cold-pressing the crystals while still under the influence of the field, then processing the crystals to a dense piezoelectric material, by hot pressing for example.
