Non-Obstructing Laser Beam Sampling Meter.

Abstract

Document describes an non-obstructing laser beam sampling meter which measures the power output of a laser by utilizing the optogalvanic effect in the electrode space of a glow discharge which is made to operate on the left side of the Paschen curve where breakdown voltage increases with decreasing pressure.
