Materials Suitable for Preparing an Electrically Conductive Adhesive and Method of Preparing an Electrically Conductive Adhesive from Said Materials.

Abstract

An electrically conductive adhesive is made from materials including about 3.3 parts by weight of silver, about 2.2 parts by weight of aluminum, about 3.0 parts by weight of epoxy resin, and about 1.4 parts by weight of a hardener for the epoxy resin. The electrically conductive adhesive is prepared by mixing the silver and aluminum until the mixture is all one color, adding the epoxy resin and stirring until a paste like mix is obtained, and adding the hardener for the epoxy resin and mixing thoroughly.
