Microstrip Fed Frequency Independent Antenna.

Abstract

A wideband, spiral antenna is disclosed which is comprised of metal foil parts situated on opposite sides of a thin dielectric substrate and having a microstrip feed arrangement that utilizes one of the spiral antenna arms as a ground plane for the microstrip feed line. (Author)
