Method of Synthesizing Sm-Co System Films.

Abstract

Sm-Co system films that exhibit square hysteresis loops are directly synthesized using selectively thermalized sputtering onto heated substrates in the presence of a magnetic field in the plane of the substrate during sputter synthesis. (Author)
