Monolithic Millimeter-Wave Image Guide Balanced Mixer.
Abstract
Two Schottky barrier diodes receive combined power from an RF source and local oscillator in a gallium arsenide image guide. The diodes produce an intermediate frequency which is directed to a microstrip low pass filter.
