Infinitely Variable Ratio Transmission.

Abstract

This patent application discloses an infinitely variable ration transmission comprising an input sun gear, a plurality of orbiting planet gears, and an output sun gear. One of the planet gears is engaged with a nominally stationary sun gear. A disc brake retains the stationary gear in place against load forces.
