Phase Grating for High-Precision Ronchi Testing and Method for Fabricating the Same.
Abstract
A clear phase grating having alternating parallel lands and grooves of unequal widths on its surface produces narrow fringes with well defined edges when used in a traditional Ronchi test arrangement.
