Explosive Safety during Research and Development Testing,

Abstract

The Air Defense Board is one of eight Army test boards, all operationally controlled by the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), headquartered at Fort Monroe, VA. The responsibility of the board is to see that test planning provides for and actual testing is conducted in a safe manner, without interferring with test objectives.
