Subjective Evaluations in Army Operations Research,

Abstract

Subjective evaluations have been demonstrated to be reliable and useful to the decision making either as a separate analysis or as a complementary analysis to some analytical study. The value of the results are enhanced when valid experimental procedures are used for collecting the data and valid statistical techniques are used to analyze the results.
