Productivity and Consulting: A New Look at Objective Measures,
Abstract
The principal goal of LMDC is to help make the USAF a more effective fighting force by focusing on the identification and solving of leadership and management problems, particularly, people problems. LMDC addresses this goal by using organizational development leadership and management problems involving key organizational processes. The resolution of these problems is sought through five basic steps: Invitation; Data Collection; Data Analysis; The Tailored Visit; and Follow-up. (Author)
