Effects of Feedback and Goal Setting on Productivity,
Abstract
The research described here is the most recent effort in a program of research sponsored by the Air Force Human Resources Laboratory and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research. The basic logic of this program is that it is appropriate to explore ways of increasing productivity which can be implemented by local management and which rely on intrinsic motivation to increase productivity.
