United States Army Advanced Medic (91B30) Training: An Iterative Decision Method Application

Abstract

This paper describes the first implementation of the Iterative Decision Method (IDM) for the selection of training tasks in the 91B30 Advanced Medical Specialist Course, US Army Academy of Health Sciences. The purpose of this research was to determine the feasibility of conducting front-end-analysis of medical training requirements with the IDM.
