Assessment of the Hometown Recruiter Assistance Program

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present an assessment of the Hometown Recruiter Assistance Program (HRAP). It describes the results of the investigation of the nomination, selection, and training of recruiter aides. The HRAP is a tri-service program that returns young military personnel to their hometowns to assist recruiters in a local recruiting station.
