Identification of Rating Policies in Training Emphasis Task Factor Data,

Abstract

This paper reviews the currently employed analysis technique, discusses possible causes of poor rater agreement and reports research findings for the effect of sample size on rater agreement and the utility of employing cluster and factor analysis techniques for identifying multiple rating policies in training emphasis data.
