Job Descriptions Developed from Groups X Module (GXM) Analyses,
Abstract
This paper details one possible approach to defining and describing jobs with occupationally related task modules. The advanced processing required for the analysis was made possible by the enhanced processing capabilities of the CODAP80 System developed at Texas A and M under sponsorship by the U.S. Navy. The occupational data used in the analysis was obtained from the responses of 283 Navy Minemen to 232 task statements.
