Benchmarking Occupational Survey Task Factor Data,
Abstract
The purpose of the present paper is to present a different approach for benchmarking task factor data. This approach is primarily statistical in nature. Task ratings on the factor to be benchmarked are gathered in the conventional manner; other data about the tasks are used to adjust the ratings onto a scale which is common to several specialties.
