A Mission-Area Planning Cost System,

Abstract

The thrust of the work reported here has been to assess the feasibility of a common, mission-area-oriented program structure and an associated planning cost system that would allow affordability assessments of the OSD and service plans in the FYDP out years and over the Extended Planning Annex (EPA) years.
