Control Informatics - Its Role in Developing Countries,

Abstract

This paper is meant to expand the concept of control informatics based on feed-back information and control instructions within a reasonable response time. It is evident that it is perfectly feasible to develop and implement such control and monitoring systems in the Third World so that the benefits of information technology can be reaped.
