Information Flow in a National System for Research and Development,
Abstract
The National System for Scientific, Technical and Economic Information (SINTO) is being designed in Poland to support development of science and technology. To provide SINTO users with accurate and relevant information co-operation among SINTO subsystems services and an exchange of information between SINTO and international information services in required. Therefore a rich information flow within the framework of SINTO is being organised. To facilitate such flow uniform software has been proposed to implement SINTO subsystems.
