Computational Problems in Human Operator Arma Models,

Abstract

The time series technique as applied to human operator dynamic system identification is examined for a known input-output data sequence. The error in parameter estimates increases with increased sampling interval. In the presence of measurement noise, higher order models are necessary to minimize the residual error. (Author)
