DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide)-Cytostatic Complexes: Selective Cancer Chemotherapy,
Abstract
Except in animal experiments, preliminary trials on some patients with stomach cancer have been made using DMSO-vinblastin sulfate intravenously. The tumor masses necrotized rapidly (unpublished). The observations described are easy to control. The simplest way to proceed is to use cutaneous cancer as the target and its surrounding skin as the reference tissue. If the trials are performed correctly, the first positive signs appear within three days.
