Assays for Cell-Mediated and Humoral Immunity,

Abstract

The subjects of assays of cell-mediated immunity (CMI) and humoral immunity are far too large to cover adequately in 20 minutes. This paper will therefore focus on assay systems in most general use and will forego lengthy descriptions of assays. Assays for cell-mediated immune function may be broken down into in vivo and in vitro categories.
