Workshops for Management of Combat Stress,

Abstract

Combat produces stresses which may result in psychiatric casualties. Commanders need to be aware of how to assess the psychological readiness of their units and of the means to develop cohesion. The results of three workshops on combat stress and related issues are reviewed. In addition, future directions are discussed. (Author)
